Decisions made once, not three times
Layout, tile, countertops, cabinetry, hardware, lighting and plumbing fixtures all interact. Move the shower a foot and the niche, the glass, the drain and the light above it all change. Working through those relationships on paper is far cheaper than discovering them once the walls are open.
Seeing it before you buy it
Our designers work in SketchUp and AutoCAD and produce renderings of the finished space. Being able to look at the room before the contract is signed resolves most of the second-guessing that would otherwise surface halfway through construction as a change order.
Codes are part of design
A design that ignores building and plumbing codes is a drawing, not a plan. Our design staff knows the codes, which means the drawings you approve are drawings that can actually be permitted, inspected and built.
What it means for the budget
By the end of the design phase you have installation drawings, final material selections and a comprehensive itemised estimate. You know the number before you commit, and the number is based on real selections rather than allowances that drift upward once the work begins.
